ENDLESS VIGOR & VIBRANCY FOR LIFE
Part 1.
Does your work/life balance seem to be impossible to master?
Don’t sweat it. We have the answers here – and they’re all here – to perk you right up in order to
live life at your fullest potential, to improve those decisions you’re faced with every day and to
make sure that you trade in that melancholy, tired state of mind for a fit, toned, clear minded and
perky, glass-is-half- full mentality! Ready? Set! Succeed!
Money doesn’t grow on trees and that perfect partner doesn’t just show up. You didn’t want to
gain 10 pounds. You didn’t foresee your day to day life as being overwhelming and stressful, to
say the least. You don’t want to ignore your goals instead of accomplishing them but things
happen. Life happens, and it’s up to you to make things happen. If you don’t like your job, stop
complaining and do something about it! Instead of being stressed out about your small
apartment, find opportunities that will allow you to move into your very first home. Do
something, anything that will propel you into motion. Remember – each goal you achieve starts
with a first, small step.
Are you ready to take control over your life? Or, do you want the stress to mount?
When most people feel overwhelmed, they freeze. They feel helpless when their life takes an
unexpected turn, when they go right when in retrospect, they should have gone left. They may
feel owned by their job, their socio-economic status or their position in the traditional role of
husband or wife.
The truth? You have dozens of opportunity in front of you. You just need to open your eyes, be
brave and take a chance.
When people feel overwhelmed with life’s events, they experience an inner struggle. They battle
with a persistent negativity that eventually begins to eat away at them. They aren’t at peace.
They aren’t happy. They are bogged down by life’s unfortunate events. Do you have a raw deal
on your plate right now? Instead, begin to think: What can I do about it? What different choices
can I make in order to forward? How can I be more productive and procrastinate less?
Mirror, mirror, on the wall…. Who is the fairest of them all?
